- How long is processing and shipping?
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and shipping, as almost all items are made to order.

- San Diego, California
- What materials do you use?
- All jewelry is lead and nickel free, and hypoallergenic. Chains and pendants are either 24K gold filled or 14K gold filled over stainless steel, .925 sterling silver, brass. Silver pieces are .925 sterling silver. If you have any questions about a specific piece feel free to dm or email questions!
- Will my jewelry tarnish?
- Gold filled jewelry can last for years if taken care of correctly. It is safe to wear in water and can be wiped down with a soft polishing jewelry cloth. Avoid oils and lotions to keep color pristine as long as possible. We will happily replace old chains if necessary.
- Is there a warranty?
- We offer free replacements or repairs for all items sold. If you have an issue with an item please reach out via email with your order number. From there we will either repair or replace the item. If the item is sold out we will send you a gift card for a store credit amount of the item.
- What is the return/refund policy?
- Because most items are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or process refunds.
- Do you ship worldwide?
- Yes
- What is your shipping policy?
- All US orders are shipped USPS first class with a transit time of 3-5 business days. All International orders are shipped using USPS first class international mail with a transit time of 7-21 business days.
- Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for it. This includes lost or stolen packages, damages, delays. If you are missing a package reach out via email and we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS.
