- How long is processing and shipping?
- Please allow 1-3 weeks for processing and shipping, as almost all items are made to order.
- Where do you ship from?
- San Diego, California
- What materials do you use?
- All jewelry is lead and nickel free, and hypoallergenic. We use 24k gold filled, 16k gold filled, 14k gold filled, 24K gold plated, .925 sterling silver, cubic zirconia, and ethically sourced natural crystals.
- Will my jewelry tarnish?
- Gold filled jewelry can last for years if taken care of correctly. It is safe to wear in water and can be wiped down with a soft polishing jewelry cloth.
- Is there a warranty?
- Yes, orders as of 04/26/2024 are under a 90 day warranty. If you have an issue with an item within 90 days of the delivery date please reach out via email and you can receive a free replacement or a store credit if the item is sold out. You must have the original item and be able to ship it back in order to receive a replacement.
- What is the return policy?
- Because most items are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or process refunds.
- Do you ship worldwide?
- Yes
- What is your shipping policy?
- All US orders are shipped USPS first class with a transit time of 3-5 business days. All International orders are shipped using USPS first class international mail with a transit time of 7-21 business days.
- Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for it. This includes lost or stolen packages, damages, delays. If you are missing a package reach out via email and we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS.
